After receiving a valid opt-out request, we will process your request and discontinue applicable SMS communications to that mobile number, except where a message may be necessary to confirm your opt-out or where otherwise permitted by law.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Salted Studios does not sell SMS opt-in information or consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your SMS and email communication preferences are managed separately.

Unsubscribing from marketing email does not automatically unsubscribe you from SMS messages you separately agreed to receive.

Likewise, replying STOP to SMS messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from emails you separately agreed to receive.

You may manage each communication channel independently.

Salted Studios may use trusted service providers to assist with business operations, including website hosting, payment processing, enrollment management, email delivery, SMS delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, and customer support.

These service providers may process information as necessary to provide services to Salted Studios.
